Plastic Free Challenge - Day 29

Today's challenge is to "count how many plastic-free choices you made today". This could build on the work you did on Day 4 of the challenge "do a home inventory of all single-use plastic usage". Today you can go through your day mindfully and look for all the times you refused plastic, and/or implemented an alternative to plastic. You will be surprised how fast this number will add up over the course of a day.
